1. Requirement
Each driver must be 25 years of age and in possession of a valid and acceptable Hong Kong, Overseas or International driving license for over two years minimum and Hong Kong Identity card or valid visitor Passport.
During the registration, hirers should show their valid identification card, driving license and guarantordocument. If the hirer does not qualify above requirement, he/she should pay the double of the deposit. The full payment must be make it before the hirer using the service, and the hirer can use the credit card to pay for the deposit or being behind in payment.

2. Insurance
All rates include third party insurance, the maximum insure rate is one hundred millions dollars for accidental die or one million dollars for belongings damage. The hirer accepts full responsibility for all damages, losses, as well as government and legal actions from traffic offenses committed during the hiring period. And also responsible for the insurance deductible on each and every accident involving any loss or damage to the Jubilee. In the event of circumstances resulting a refusal of insurance reimbursement the hirer will have to pay the full damage charge to Jubilee.

3. Accident
The hirer should never abandon the car or leave it in such a position that might cause damages or losses. If so, the hirer will bear all liabilities. The car hired should not be used for illegal purpose, racing and motor sports event, carrying passengers or goods for reward. In the event of traffic accident during the hiring period, the hirer should notify the police immediately and Jubilee. For, repair, the maximum repair fee is equivalent to the amount of the deposit (Excess), the hirer should pay an additional 70% of rental charges during the repair period.
